The winter season is here, which means one must not only take out the woollens but also stock the kitchen with superfoods to be protected from health issues in this weather change.

Unless you are in Australia or New Zealand, you will feel the chill in the air. The weather is suddenly changing and this means your immunity needs to be stronger to ward off flu and any diseases that can occur due to weather change.

Although the Covid-19 curve is on the verge of declining, it does not mean that you should stop taking care of your immune system. As long as your immune system is strong and healthy, it can fight diseases during weather changes.
