Midnight Sun: All you need to know about vampires and the upcoming Twilight Saga!

The Twilight Series has always been a big part of our lives, and it’s back again!

The Twilight series was one of the biggest blockbusters out there. Stephanie Myers always knew how to keep us on our toes with breathtaking questions like who is Edward Cullen? Who will Bella choose, Jacob or Edward? Will they survive?
While we read the books, the movie is what puts an actual face to our imagination. The vampire craze began with twilight, and our hearts were really broken when it all came to an end in the two-part movie Breaking Dawn. It went from the beautiful wedding to the intense fighting scene, and finally the happy ending that we were all wishing for. It was a bittersweet moment saying goodbye to our favourite characters but, what we thought was a goodbye wasn’t really one.

Author Stephanie Myer announced a series based on the very same characters. We’ve all read Bella’s side of the story and now it’s time to flip over to Edward. Edward Cullen, the mysterious boy who stole our hearts is back to share his side of this epic romance. The four-part series will depict Edwards’s reactions and emotions and he’s back to steal our hearts once again.

Stephanie released a statement saying, “I don’t know how everyone else is coping, but right now books are my main solace and happiest escape. I would be nothing but delighted if one of my favorite authors announced something new for me to read. (No pressure, Laini Taylor.) So, I hope this announcement gave you some pleasure and something fun to look forward to.
Working on a book for more than thirteen years is a strange experience. I’m not the same person I was then. My children have all grown up. My back got weird. The world is a different place. I can only imagine all the things that have changed for you. But completing Midnight Sun has brought back to me those early days of Twilight when I first met many of you. We had a lot of fun, didn’t we? Throwing proms and hanging out in hotel rooms and reading on the beach (while getting the most epic sunburns of our lives). We made hilarious t-shirts and fabulous websites. We found kindred spirits that are still in our lives now. I hope going back to the beginning of Bella’s and Edward’s story reminds you of all that fun, too.”

The Twilight saga has sold more than 100 million copies in multiple languages. Many of us grew up with Edward, Bella, and Jacob, secretly wishing that the story never ends. And well it looks like our wish was granted. When she announced the Midnight Sun series through a countdown, her website ended up crashing! That shows how excited fans are for the new series. The book is said to release in stores on the 4th of August 2020.
